Inauguration of RCI Recognized National Seminar on “Recent Advances in the Assessment and Management of Stuttering” – 3rd May, 2024
JSS Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru is conducting a one day national seminar on “Recent Advances in the Assessment and Management of Stuttering” on 3rd May, 2024 which has been recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India, Govt. of India. The aim of the seminar is to empower delegates on enhancing the knowledge on recent developments and evidence-based stuttering assessment and management strategies. Nearly 160 delegates from different parts of the country are taking part in the conference.
The seminar was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr Manjunatha B, Registrar, JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru on 3rd May, 2024 at 9.30am at Sri Rajendra Bhavana, M G Road, Mysuru and addressed the gathering. Prof. Santosh M, Professor, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru, was the guest of honor and presented the key note address. The president for the program was Dr Suma R, Professor and Principal, JSS Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru. Dr. Narasimhan S V, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Speech Language Pathology welcomed the gathering. Inauguration concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Lokeshwari L. The inauguration was followed by scientific sessions by invited speakers.
